We're fundraising for Cancer Council Tasmania
Belinda and I are participating in the Women’s 5km Walk/Run to help raise much needed funds for Cancer Council Tasmania. Whilst some might be running, Bets and I will be leisurely partaking in the 5km walk on Sunday 8 September in Launceston.
We are doing this as part of a team called "The Darls" - in honour of our dear and precious friend, Hannah who recently lost her battle with cancer after fighting like an absolute warrior.
Anyone who met this magnificent woman, knew her massive smile and laugh and the fact that she was about the only person that could get away with calling absolutely anyone "Darl". Oldies to young ones, no matter the gender, "Darl" it was.

Belinda, Hannah and I called ourselves "The Betsys" and our trio is incomplete without her. We will do this walk on behalf of our St V's family who knew and loved Hannah so much.
