Mentally mapping out how it’s going to feel to run 5km. Currently best is 3km continuous. Been managing some brisk 2.5km walks with Henry in under half an hour to warm up and get the heart rate ready!I'm fundraising for Cancer Council Tasmania
I’m participating in the Women’s 5km Walk/Run to help raise much needed funds for Cancer Council Tasmania. I’ll be partaking in the 5km on Sunday 8 September.
